What is your current turnaround time?

All of our jewelry is made to order. My current turnaround time is 7-10 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.  

 

Why is your jewelry so unique?

We invest a wealth of time and effort into each and every piece. Hand stamping is a painstaking process that produces totally unique pieces. For each order, I lay out what you'd like stamped and then line each letter up one by one and use a hammer to imprint the words into the metal. The letters will not line up perfectly or all be the same depth, adding to the unique nature of the piece. No two items are alike and each order that we ship out is intended to be a signature piece that will be cherished. 

 

How will my order be packaged?

We recognize that many orders are intended as gifts and we want our packaging to be as thoughtful as the orders themselves. That is why we package each item in a custom designed gift box. The box also doubles as extra protection while your jewelry is being delivered. 

 

Can I really put whatever I want on any piece?

Absolutely! We can make any piece say anything as long as it is within the character limits.

 

How do I let you know what special characters I'd like to use?

Each listing offers a special instructions box. You can let us know what special characters you'd like to use in that section. 

 

Do you make custom pieces?

We love custom requests! If you have something specific in mind and you don't see an appropriate listing, feel free to contact us. We'll help you come up design ideas if you're not sure exactly what you're looking for. We enjoy making custom pieces for special people like you. 

 

What are my shipping options?

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail (6-8 days). You may upgrade to Priority (2-3 days) and Priority Express (1-2 days) if you would like. 

*Free shipping is valid in the US only on purchases of $50 or more in the same order. Gift certificates, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. 

International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International. Typical delivery is 10-14 business days; however, it can take up to 45 business days to receive your order due to customs.

*All orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties, taxes, or border fees, for which you are solely responsible. These are fees your country may charge on imports. We do not reimburse for these charges. Please check your country's policies on importing merchandise. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on orders shipping to NC. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
(When using PayPal eChecks, items will not be made until the eCheck has cleared.)

 

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our jewelry. All of our items are personalized and unable to be refunded. If there is a problem with the piece due to our error, we will gladly replace it. We do request that you send us a picture so we can confirm our mistake. 

 

Does your jewelry tarnish?

Stainless steel does not tarnish; however, precious metals do. If you order sterling silver, it does tarnish naturally. There are many factors (climate, lotions, etc.) that might cause your piece to tarnish at a different rate than someone else's. 

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

Your jewelry is oxidized to darken the letters. Because of this, it is best to not use any liquid cleaners on your jewelry as it will remove the oxidation as well. You can use a polishing cloth regualry to keep your jewelry looking shiny and you can also store your pieces in a ziploc baggie to keep them protected from chain tangles and tarnishing (if they're sterling). 

 

Can you stamp on both sides of my piece?

Unfortunately, I cannot stamp both sides of a piece. It has a negative impact on the quality and the appearance. You can always purchase an additional disc or bar to accomodate extra characters.

 

Do you offer group discounts?

We love to do special pieces for groups or parties and are willing to offer discounts if a minimum number of the same item is ordered. Please contact me to discuss pricing for your order. 

 

Will I receive a picture to confirm the layout?

Given the nature of hand stamping there is no way to show you what it would look like until it has already been stamped.

 

Will I receive a picture of my order prior to shipment?

It is not our general practice to submit a photograph of your order prior to shipment. If your order is a gift and is being delivered directly to the recipient, please contact me to see if arrangements can be made. 

 

Do you include an invoice?

We do not include invoices in our shipments. Many of our items are being sent as gifts and most people don't want the recipient to know the cost of the item. If you need a copy of your invoice, you may print it through your account.
